How will my wine be shipped? All wine will be shipped to you via Purolator.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs vary from $20-$30 depending on your location. You will be notified of your shipping cost after you have input your address. This is a flat rate regardless of how many bottles/cases you order.
Do you ship outside of Canada? Unfortunately at this time we are not able to ship outside of Canada.
How long will it take to receive my wine? We send packages out from Monday to Friday dependant on volume and weather (we will not ship when there is a risk of weather damage to your wine). Once sent via Purolator you can generally expect your order within 3-5 business days.
Will Canada post leave the wine on my deck/porch? No. Someone 19 years of age or older must accept and sign for the wine. If no one is home to do so, Purolator will take the package back to a pickup location and hold the package for 5 business days. We recommend sending the wine to your office if possible as Purolator delivers during business hours.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order? Please contact us at email@example.com or 905 562-7474 if your order is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. We will exchange/replace the shipment or issue a refund. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the new shipment.
When are shipments? Wine Club shipments are sent out quarterly in August, November, February and May.
When will my card be charged? Your card will be charged the week before we ship out packages. You will receive an email prior to our shipping date asking if you would like to attend our pick-up party or have the wine delivered to your door. This email will also contain a reminder that you can expect to see a credit card charge in the upcoming week.
Can I change what’s in the box? Wines are carefully chosen by us here at the winery to maximize your tasting experience. No substitutions can be made.
I’m travelling/will be out of the country, can you hold my shipment? Of course! Please notify us and we will be happy to hang onto your shipment at the winery until you return.
Can I pick my shipment up? Yes. Every quarter we host a pick-up party at Domaine Queylus where you can pick up your shipment and enjoy a sampling of the wines inside paired with a small food offering.
Is shipping included in the Wine Club price? Yes. Shipping is included in the Wine Club price. Wine Club members also receive free shipping on all other orders they place.
Do you offer food? Weather permitting, we offer cheese & charcuterie and other small snacks on our patio. Food offerings may be enjoyed indoors during inclement weather. We also have public events such as Winemakers’ Dinners, Harvest Parties, etc. For information on events please subscribe to our mailing list at the bottom of this page.
Are you dog friendly? Yes. As long as your dog is leashed and well behaved they are gladly welcome to join you for your tasting.
Are your wines vegan? Yes, our wines are vegan. No animal products are used during the fining process.
Are your wines sustainable/organic? Our wines are not certified organic but we do practice sustainable farming and production methods. All our vineyards are cared for by hand and no synthetic herbicides or insecticides are used. Please click here for more information on our vineyard and winemaking practices.
Are your wines available in the LCBO? Occasionally you will find Domaine Queylus in the Vintage section at select LCBOs across the province. Please check the LCBO website to see if there is Queylus wine available near you.
