Sept Terroirs is about letting the land speak for itself and our passion for making the finest wine possible. All our terroirs are possible candidates for the raw blending material as we encourage the soil and the vintage to sing their story. For the moment, it is clearly weighted towards the more muted, dense, deep black fruit side, but more elegant and ethereal red fruit overtones will emerge in perfume as the ‘Seven Terroirs’ all slowly integrate perfectly in the bottle with the passing years.
